New Years Day Chimney Fire

In the early hours of New Years Day Fuller Hose was dispatched to 1st Ave for a reported Chimney Fire. Chief 201 arrived on location reporting a 1 story house with smoke coming from the chimney.  Once inside Chief 201 found moderate smoke conditions.  Engine 202 arrived and went to the basement where the fire place was located and extinguished the fire in the chimney with a water can and set up a fan to ventilate the structure.  Tanker 206 arrived and set up behind the Engine as water supply. Chief 200 had the 1st Ave. Command.
