Engine Assist to Harbor Creek

In the early hours of Saturday November 14,2009 Fuller Hose was dispatched as part of the 2nd alarm assignment to Assist HCFD with a building fire on Buffalo Rd.  Engine 204 arrived as the 3rd due Engine and was instructed by command to pull a line from E-225 and make entry into the building on side B.  once inside crews assisted with extinguishing the fire before being order to evacuate the structure due to a collapse.  Once the fire was extinguished the engine crew assisted with over haul for an extended period of time. The fire is being investigated by the HCFD and PSP fire marshal.  Departments dispatched to assist HCFD were Fairfield, Lawrence Park, Brookside and Crescent Hose.  Chief 220 had the Buffalo Rd command.
