1st day of PA Deer Season Search

Shortly before 5:00 pm on Monday November 30,2009 Fuller Hose was dispatched to Mallick Rd to find a lost hunter.  Erie County 911 had received a call from a lost hunter in the woods in the area of Mallick Rd.  Brush 216 arrived on scene along with Crescent R-208 and crews began to search a large block of woods.  Command was able to make contact with him via cell phone to get an approximate location of where he was.  After a short time the hunter was found and was brought out via 4 wheeler.  Fuller Hose was assisted by Harbor Creek VFD, Ripley Hose Co. and South Ripley Hose Co.  Fuller L-5 had the Mallick Rd. command.
