Old Lake Rd. Chimney Fire

On Tuesday December 30, 2008 Fuller Hose was dispatched to Old Lake Rd for a reported chimney fire. Engine 202 arrived on scene and entered the structure to search for the fire using the T.I.C. while Crescent Ladder 209 placed ground ladders to access the roof area.  Once inside the crews from the Engine found a small fire in the wall on the 2nd floor. The ladder crew placed a tarp down and opened up the wall and extinguished the fire with a water can.  Crews also found a fire in the ceiling on the 1st floor and also extinguished the fire with a water can.  Chief 211 had the Old Lake Rd.
