Over Turned Tractor Trailer on I-90

Around 6:00 pm on Thursday April 2,2009 Fuller Hose was dispatched to I-90 in the area of MM 46 for a reported Tractor Trailer MVA.  As Chief 200 went enroute East County Comm. Center advised they had recieved a report of one person entrapped.  Chief 200 arrived on location reporting a semi on it side with one patient confined.  Crescent Rescue 208 arrived on location and went to work extricating the patient while the crew from Engine 204 pulled a line and check for hazards.  Engine 203 arrived on scene and assisted with traffic control.  The patient was transported to Hamot by Ripley Hose Co.  Chief 200 had the I-90 command.  The N.E.F.D was assisted by Harbor Creek VFD and Ripley Hose Co.  The accident is being investigated by PSP.
