MVA with Entrapment and Fly Out

While the N.E.F.D was conducting the final preparations for the 64th annual Cherry Festival crews were dispatched to the intersection of W Law Rd and Williams Rd for a reported vehicle accident. Chief 210 arrived on scene reporting 2 vehicles with heavy damage and one patient entrapped requesting Life Star to the scene. Crescent R-208 went to work on extricating the patient while E-204 established a landing zone.  Chief 200 then asked for another Engine to assist with the extrication bring E-203 to the scene.  E-203's crew arrived on scene and placed a line into service during the extrication.  Once the patient was extricated they were placed into Crescents ambulance and transported to the L.Z where the patient was placed into Life Star and transported to Hamot Shock Trauma.
