Route 89 MVA with Ejection

In the early hours of Wednesday July 20,2011 Fuller Hose was dispatched to Route 89 for a reported MVA with Ejection.  ECI medic 192 went on location reporting one vehicle on it roof with a single patient partially ejected and entrapped.  Crescent EMS arrived on scene and began patient care, While the crew from Engine 204 splilt up, with half assisting with the extrication and the other half establishing a landing zone for air medical.  Crescent R-208 arrived on scene and the rescue tools were used to remove the patient.  The Patient was then packaged and transported by ground to the hospital.  Fuller L-3 had the Route 89 command.
