Coming to a First due near you
During the July monthly meeting Fuller Hose voted to purchase a new engine to replace Engine 204. The Company has spent the last few months looking at different fire apparatus manufactures and voted to purchase a Rosenbauer EXT pumper from Empire Emergency Apparatus, Inc located in Niagara Falls, NY. The new engine will be on a 2012 Spartan Metro Star chassis with seating for six fire fighters. The Rosenbauer body will be manufactured out of Extruded aluminum with full height, full depth compartments on the driver's side and split depth on the officer's side. It will have 1000 gallon water tank with a 1250 GPM Hale pump, along with a Foam pro system and 12 gallon foam tank. Check back over the coming months on the progress of the new "East Side Express"
