Engine assist Westfield, NY

On Sunday July 3, 2011 Fuller Hose was dispatched to assist the Westfield, NY Fire Department with a structure fire. Engine 204 arrived on scene and went to work opening up the second floor area from the exterior looking for hot spots and trapped fire.  Once the crew was able to open up the area they found a large volume of fire on the second floor.  with the assistance of Westfield Truck 291 and a hand line the crew was able to extinguish the fire.  Westfield Chief 291 had the Rt 394 command.
