MVA I-90 @ MM 46   

Fuller Hose was dispatched on Tuesday August 21, 2007 around 5:00 pm for a reported 1 car vehicle accident on I-90 @ mm 46 east bound. Engine 204 responded with a crew of 5, Once on location Chief 211 has the crew from the Engine assist the EMS crews with packaging 2 patients and also securing the vehicle with the Rescue from Crescent Hose. Once the Patients were packaged command released the Engine crew. Chief 211 has the I-90 Command.
