Fuller Hose was dispatched to W Main and Mill St for a reported bus fire Wednesday July 11, 2007 around 3:40 pm. Engine 204 arrived on scene to find a small bus with smoke visible.  The crews from the Engine pull a 1 3/4” attack line and proceeded to the door of the bus. Once the lock was cut, the crew advanced into the bus to find a small fire on a bench seat. The crew made quick work of the fire. Engine 203 arrived shortly after and assisted with over haul. The bus had been sitting in the parking lot of Sander’s Market all week in anticipation of the up coming N.E.F.D Cherry Festival Parade on Saturday July 14, 2007. The fire is under investigation. Chief 210 had the Main St command.
