Fuller Hose was Dispatched on Tuesday May 8,2007 around 4:30 pm to assist Brookside VFC with a brush fire on I-90. Communications asked Fuller Hose to respond with an Engine, Tanker and Brush Truck to I-90 @ MM 33.  Chief 240 was on scene and had aprox. 10 acres burning in a wooded area along Winter Green Gorge. While enroute the Tanker was returned, while the Engine and Brush Truck continued. Crews worked on suppression and overhaul for aprox. 3 hrs. Due to the rough terrain most of the fire was fought with Indian Packs and Hand tools.  Over all a total of 10 depts. where called to assist in controlling this fire.
